Clayton Surveys is a small Cadastral Surveying practice specialising in residential Boundary Identification Surveys throughout Toowoomba and the surrounding area.
Most of my work involves establishing property boundaries for fences, retaining walls, building work, or simply providing property owners with certainty about the location of their boundaries.
Every boundary survey is undertaken and checked by me personally.

Boundary Identification Surveys
A boundary identification survey establishes the legal position of an existing property boundary. These surveys are commonly undertaken before building, replacing fences, retaining walls and other structures close to a property boundary. The survey can also identify the relationship between existing fences, buildings and other improvements and the surveyed property boundary. Following the survey, the relevant boundaries are marked on the ground and an Identification Survey Plan is provided as a legal record of survey.
